The Rectorate Building of Brno University of Technology was constructed between 1901 and 1903 and renovated in 1999. Its façade is listed in the Register of Cultural Monuments. The building is protected as one of the most prominent and pure examples of neo-Baroque monumental architecture in Brno.

Wheelchair access
The main entrance level with the central public area (atrium) is on the first floor, accessible from Janáčkovo náměstí via an exterior staircase and ramps for people with reduced mobility. A central cloakroom is located near the entrance on the first floor.
