The journeys following folk song and dance were inspiring for Leoš Janáček. We all know his most famous Wallachian/Lachian Dances, but the attention of the Master was not lost on other interesting or signficant dances of other regions of Moravia – dances of Haná (Kalamajka, Trojky, Silnice, Troják) or Moravia (Kožich, Kalamajka, Trojka, Silnice, Rožek), Srbské kolo, Královničky, etc. The confrontation of Janáček’s musical setting and naturalistic regional musicianship and dance will be the main pillar of the programme Janáček Ubiquitous.
